Efficient material lubrication system coats incoming stock with a film of oil without mess
or waste. Eliminates hand brushing or drip methods.
Controlled flow of lubricant reduces die wear and flushes foreign material from stock.
6 rollers squeeze off excess oil which is drained and filtered into a storage tank to be recycled and used again.
A sight gauge and low-level warning indicator assure continuous lubricant flow. The pump can handle stamping oils, as well as water soluble oils.
This system can regulate and apply an oil film on the top surface only, bottom surface only, or both sides. Rubber rolls can be supplied in place of steel rolls for special finish materials. |
