Features

All rolls are made of SUJ2 bearing steel, then delicately go through quenching, hard-chrome plating and ground finished.

Transmission gear box is controlled by inverter. Leveling speed is simultaneous with press speed.

These two designs ensure stable material feeds at variable speeds.

Unique loop control rolls design is operator-friendly to adjust the loop angle.

Pneumatic automatic crocodile opening of leveler enables operators to conveniently clean and maintain the rolls.

Both upper and lower work rolls are complete with back up rolls to ensure consistent flatness accuracy.

Japanese made bearings ensure better flatness with automatic intermittent circulating oil lubrication device.
